they will not refund my money for an item that is not as described and broken . i have open a case and i have the buyers protection and they are not helping me. I said i will send it back when i get a return label and they told my NO you have to pay for the label. all i want is my money back it was a lot of money. They are no help and they are not in the US so you cant understand them.
