Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs!!! The first night I couldn't figure out what was chewing on me but the second night I found them, freaking bed bugs. I went to the office next morning and was first asked why I'm only now complaining after the second day...and then I was told there was no manager avaliable, they were on vacation and 100% unreachable...after that he asked if I'd like a different room...my goodness!!! I have not received any contact, no apology for me and my babies getting chewed up, no refund or discount for the horrible experience, not even assistance for the inconvenience of having to wash every possession we have!!! I spent over $700, not an easy thing for us, for what, horrible, horrible!!! This is going to get so ugly, especially if they come home with me!!! I couldn't add more pictures.
