I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. I went through the drive thru and the lady handed me the bag and said you're all set. I informed her I had a drink. Se cones back with my drink leaking down my cup tells me have a good day and closes the window immediately. I clean up my cup and she comes back 2 minutes later asking If I need something and I explain she gave me my drink with it all leaking down the side. I then get home to enjoy my dinner that I spent 50 dollars on and I have overcooked chicken that tastes like it had been sitting in a warmer since noon and I ate dinner at 6 and I got undercooked biscuits that tasted like raw dough. I have issues with kfc almost every time I go there. They do not care about their customers not 1 bit. I'm unable to go back to kfc at this moment but would like to be compensated for my order.
