I have contacted TracFone 212 times in the last 25 days I have been hung up on at least 100 of those times they have not successfully added my data I have called repetitively I've paid them $140 they will not accept the fact that I have been accepted to the ACP they are not helping one bit whatsoever customer service is absolutely ridiculous how can you hang up on your customer over 100 times without helping them and just continue to tell them they've consumed their data when they've never successfully received it
