I purchased a gift card online on November 15 for my son’s birthday. It was for $75. He has tried using the bar card that was sent to him in an email and it will not scan. The employees have even tried entering the number manually and it won’t work. I have my confirmation number for when I purchased it. I am very upset. I would either like a refund or for it to be reissued so he can use it.
