I went yesterday to get a cut at this place. I have been there several times to get one. The next stylist that was available called me. I thought good! She had cut my hair a few times before.. My hair had gotten longer because I didn't have time to get there. I told I wanted it left longer on the top and around my ears just to the top of my ears because I wear hearing aids and I don't like them to show. Also not real short in the back. Walking up to pay my wife was with me and she noticed right away something was way wrong. Went home and looking in the mirror I was livid! Her name is ROSY. She had scalped me!!! My hair on top is one inch long!!! Around the rest....sides and back is so short my skin shows. It is shaved!! When I joined the Navy my hair wasn't cut this short. And some gapes on the side. I am so devastated and shamed to go out in public. Don't even want to be seen in church tomorrow. Thats bad!!! We will NEVER be seen in a Great Clips again and will be telling others about my experience (as if they cant see).
