I came in on November 22nd 2023 at around 3:12 in the afternoon I made a meal purchase of $52.83 and 2 days later I found out I was double charged.. I went back to the store and they told me it was a bank issue so I in return went to the bank and they told me that it was a KFC issue because several other people had had the same issue with KFC.. so then on November 30th I went back in the store spoke with the district manager who happened to be there and he assured me that he would escalate it up the ladder and I will receive a refund to my card within 3 to 5 business days.. when those days passed I went back into the store and I was told by the manager Allen that it was processed and should be in my bank account in 2 days and now is December 6th and there's still no refund in my account and I will be turning you over to the better Business bureau and consumer affairs because it only took your glitch system one minute to take my money and it's taking me nearly three weeks to get it back
