The order I placed shows on the paper receipt as Trans ID: 1/XA-274453 but it shows on my email receipt as Order # 1CC15028-F3. CUSTOMER NAME LEE F. My wife and I each placed an order via the app and she went to pick the order up. We ordered a total of 4 footlong sandwiches and we selected this location due to it's proximity to our house. We have had issues with this location in the past by the owner and his wife but we have finally had it after this experience and it is appalling they are able to still continue running this franchise. We paid extra $$ to order the Subway Series sandwiches and ordered 2 of the Titan Turkey, I Great Garlic and I Pickleball club. We order Subway from other locations regularly and avoid this location at 1722 S Rutherford Blvd, STE A, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 as much as we can because normally they are rude, barely use any toppings on the sandwiches and refuse coupons or promotions. My wife called me as soon as she picked up our order and got back in the car and was shocked at how the owner spoke to her and what he said. When she gave the names on our orders, they were already made and when he went to get them, he immediately told her that they lost money on these orders and to go to another store if we were going to use a coupon. That was bad enough but when she arrived at home we were certainly shocked to unwrap the sandwiches and see that he made these with less than half the toppings of the basic sandwich (and yes I took photos but I don't have a way to upload it here). So not only did we pay extra for the Subway series with more meat, but we got less than normal that would be on a classic plus hardly any other toppings even though we had also ordered extra. It is beyond unprofessional and acceptable to not only say this to a customer but to basically take the toppings that would constitute a "classic" menu item and spread them over 2 sandwiches because you were upset that a customer used a coupon. We ordered 4 sandwiches but only received the equivalent of 2 with 2 extra bread loaves. I would like my complaint escalated and addressed and I would like to be contacted about this. This experience is one of the worst we have ever encountered at any food establishment in decades. For additional reference, the order that my wife placed on her app shows on the paper receipt as 1/CC15028-F3 but shows on the email receipt as 52C4F847-1C. CUSTOMER NAME: ANDREA F
