We have frequented Starbucks at 24575 Copperhill Saugus, ca 91354. The employees tell you the same line I’m sorry we are a little backed up, your order is being worked on. When you complain to they give you a dirty look like it’s your fault. Once my coconut millk didn’t taste right they asked if I knew what it tasted like! Of course I do! I asked for the manager today they did not want to get the manager much less give me the GM’s name! I believe it was Arlene S. She was not in and would be in the next day. If you check the reviews they confirm what I am saying. The reason that name he contact you today was beyond rude. My daughter was ordering I was behind her. The second I got to the register the barista moved and I thought she went to take care of something. Then someone came to change the drawers still no one said a word to me. Then someone walked up to the register typed something in and walked off. Still no word to me. I went to the next line and explained I asked that the manager be notified she agreed reluctantly. I waited for my food went back and asked for the GM’s name oh your order is being worked on. I insisted an was finally given the name. I have never been to a Starbucks where the service is consistently poor. This shop is in our direct route. After today I am willing to go out of my way to go to another Starbucks to get better service! Laurie 661 904 5956.
