When you complain to they give you a dirty look like it’s your fault. Once my coconut millk didn’t taste right they asked if I knew what it tasted like! Of course I do! I asked for the manager today they did not want to get the manager much less give me the GM’s name! I believe it was Arlene S. She was not in and would be in the next day. If you check the reviews they confirm what I am saying. The reason that name he contact you today was beyond rude. My daughter was ordering I was behind her. The second I got to the register the barista moved and I thought she went to take care of something. Then someone came to change the drawers still no one said a word to me.
