My pizza was an hour late. I called the call center and your they continued to tell me it was delivered yet it was not. They also continued to transfer me to the local branch location that continued to not answer the phone. So when I get there an hour later they said he just left with it. So I drove up to the local branch and the manager asks me what I want him to do about it. First not be an hour late and two better communication. It is unacceptable to not communicate with your customers after they have spent quite a bit of their hard earned money on your service. You either need to update your communications policy from the app and the call center or just have the lines not go to the call center.
