Yes I had placed an order for delivery two large pizzas they came to be to mediums they were both one topping one was beef and one was pineapple and Ham and then I had a chocolate chip cookie and a two liter Pepsi whenever the delivery driver brought my order they were missing the Pepsi the pizza sizes were mediums and so the largest and she had no change the change it was supposed to be given to me with out the tip included cuz I tipped also would have been $10 she was supposed to bring me back what was missing from the order and my $10 in change and I was still tipping $5 to the driver however she did not return with my money my change or the goods that she had missed on the first round of delivery now I cannot get in touch with the Pizza Hut in store restaurant that this order was placed at and I have spoken to someone from the doordash on the driver the driver's phone number was presented in a text message to my phone whenever it's tracked but I called that number several times and text it and said are you bringing back my change and also the stuff you didn't bring you said you was you're not supposed to keep my change so now I'm not really wanting to tip so I was requesting the tip back as well I wanted a full refund at this point and to this minute it has been almost 8 hours at 5:00 p.m. it was around that time was placed and delivered about 5:30 and it has not been corrected since I have not been able to get in touch with the in store personnel. Management anything only the people that answer the phones remotely and place for you to place your order for delivery and then they send it to the store they could not even get in touch with the store as well so yes I'm complaining and I want a full refund I will never use y'all's company again I was literally robbed of my change and of stuff that I purchased that I did not receive and nothing has been done about it 8 hours later still waiting on the Pepsi that they was going to send back out and the fixed products but nothing has came 8 hours after the fact this is plum ridiculous so now I'm filing a complaint and I want a full refund my total of my Pizza Hut order was 32 I'm sorry $34.95
