The customer service at Xfinity/Comcast is absolutely the worst of any company I have ever experienced. There should be an option for zero stars. After chatting with 5 different agents this week ...a total of 15 hours...my problem was not resolved. I then went to a physical location store.....and met the RUDEST most DISRESPECTFUL "customer service" agent I have ever encountered. Her name is LOLA. She works in the Mays landing NJ store. When I tried to explain my situation...she cut me off and told me to stop talking and just listen to her. She told me I was jumping to conclusions and if I would just listen to her...I could fix my problem. And that was just the first 10 seconds of our interaction . She continued to berate both myself and my mother who was there with me. This company really needs to completely redo their customer service . Disgraceful!
