Bought this leather couch May 2019 with the extended warranty, my claim was just denied because they say this is normal wear and tear. I don't this this section of the couch is a good grade of leather looks like something pleather would do not leather. It is myself and my husband who sit on this couch and both ends have an issue. This will be the last lazy-boy furniture I ever buy unless something can be done about this. We do not misuse our furniture in anyway. Our last leather couch lasted for 20 plus years. We shopped around for months and finally decided on lazy boy because everything else we looked at was such poor quality. Seems to me we over paid for the same poor quality.
