Went to McDonald on 102 north university Avenue, Lubbock Texas 79410 I ordered mckchicken on a biscuit and sausage McMuffin both with no butter, they were made with better, they refused to remake them, first the cashier said we will but it will take 5 minutes I said ok I will wait but then she came back later and said no we are not going to remake them and did not offer a refund, while I was sitting and eating my food I guy stepped on the counter with his fealty shoes to fill up the ice machine and after that he never wiped the counter where people sit their cups and food what a shame, I wanted to say something but I didn’t, this location needs some attention, I don’t want to be the bad guy and report them to the health department because I know McDonald corporation is better than this and they will not accept or tolerate this kind of behavior, this store needs all new staff, Thank you
