I took my 2005 corvette to Valley Chevrolet located in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania for service in August (almost 3 months ago) and have gotten run around the car would not start so I had it towed to this dealer service dept after 2 weeks and no response from the dealer I went there to see what was up I was told he was short on service technicians and would get to it 2 weeks later I was told the bcm was bad but the part was no longer available and that they would order an after market part but after another week I called and was told there were none available so the only option was to rebuild mine with a 1 week turn a round after 2 more weeks and no call from the service dept I called again and now was told there waiting for the part and that was all they could tell me so my car remains there unfixed. I did not expect a General Motors dealer to not be able to fix a gm car and be treated this manner to tie up my vehicle for 3 months and counting and get the run around when I call is there anything that gm can do to help me get my car repaired signed a very unhappy gm customer
