First of all I had to wait over a week to get someone to my house to install the xumo boxes. He left before he finished telling me he had another call to go on. Then he tried to charge me 50 bucks for installing the equipment. It worked one whole night and am now sitting here again having to wait another week to fix the first idiots mistakes. Wonder how much they will try and charge me. Us elderly don't no how to install your equipment. I'm pissed.
