I called in with some questions to my account and was blindly rerouted to a manager who claimed the rep was scared of me. I was very professional with the previous rep, didn’t argue with her nor did I become aggressive at any point in the conversation but I guess because I’m black the excuse was she was scared of me and she asked the manager to handle it. Wow.
