Ordered delivery for 15 min walking distance. Due to traffic told us will take longest 1,5 hr. But still waiting 3 hours passed. I am not able to walk due to health issue. Called to the customer order phone and said will let driver call back. But never l. Called again after 2 hours and said the branch manager will call you back and nobody called. After 3 hours called and asked and still no solution, not food. Starving! Still waiting! If it is gonna take this long and we would have found another solution. Since we ordered and hoping and waiting but it is too much! The main office should take this under consideration. This is not first time. Sometimes mini donut does not come as it should be! Nobody is paying attention to the customer!
