There was a double payment made for two identical flight bookings. This was done in December 2023. I have called booking.com many times for clarification and a refund. They sent me an email on December 13, saying that saving the refund has been made and will take 3-5 days. Today is January 22, and still no refund. I called again, and they told me that the refund was not found and that they needed more time. I do not know when I will get my refund, and no manger or supervisor will speak to me.
