Jose,manager, got my oder wrong. He said that my oder was wrong because I was looking on my phone. I tokd him my order was wrong because he got it wrong, not because I was looking down on my phone. Instead of trying to correct the problem, he escalated the situation by tellibg me infatically that I was at fought. The problem occurred because he asked me if I wanted “it” toasted. The last sandwich we talked about was the philly steak sandwich so when he said “it” I thought he was talkibg about the steak sandwich. He toasted both sandwiches…philly steak and cold cut trio. I told him that I didn’t want both sandwiches toasted and that “it” doesn’t refer to two sandwiches, only 1. He didn’t try to fix it, he shewed me out the door and told me he was refusing to serve me. I asked for the manager he yelled that he was the manager. I asked for corporate number and he said he wasnt giving me any thing bc hecwas refusing to serve me. I asked the cashier “Buddy” for corporate info or complaint info and he basically told me to get out too! Neither one tried to see my side..only blame me because I had my phone in my hand looking at it. I couldn’t see what he was doing bc they have a metal thing over the eindow so you can’t see what they are doing to the sanwiches anymore. I didn’t know Jose put both sandwiches in the oven. Jose never admitted to his mistake. He yelled at me so I yelled back. He called me a Karen as I left the store. I never called him any name. He didn’t want to give me his name. He was rude and I do not know why he is a manager. He did not try to rectify the situation nor apologize for his mistake. He refused to serve me so this store needs to be SHUT DOWN!! Please advise. He cannot treat customers like that, especially since it was his mistake, not mine. This subway was on Lake Meade Blvd, Summerlin Las Vegas suite #8, Nevada 89128
