I have no complaint regarding the store or the wonderful employees! They're all lovely. I have asked before if you could please get the television replaced so that when we walk in we know where we are in line. The way it is now one of the girls have to stop and come to the computer it just seems like that's not how Great Clips is supposed to work. The call ahead thing is awesome but it's not being fulfilled if there's no screen there to look at and the girls have to work harder. The store is Salem New Hampshire Cluff Crossing.
