Family Dollar Moulton Street and 12th Ave. Decatur Alabama has people loitering asking for money cussing out the customers and physically threatening them with violence. The employees will not call the police because they said the police do not respond. It happened to me yesterday. Please look into this matter immediately before someone is hurt or killed.
