Ticket # 1108 Auth Code: 434354 Auth Amt: $35.77 I placed an order for an 8 piece original chicken meal with 2 sides of coleslaw and one pot pie. I was told that they were sold out of chicken and were cooking more and it would be ready in 10 minutes and if I would just pull over and park in the parking lot next door to their building they would bring out my order and it would be nice and fresh and hot. Even though it was rather inconvenient, I did as instructed and my order was brought out to me in that time frame and I drove away. Upon arriving home I opened up my package of food only to discover that I had been given mashed potatoes and gravy and one order of coleslaw and they had not given me my pot pie. I did call back and spoke with John who stated that if I came back they would give me my pot pie. Well, I wasn't in a position to drive back right then. I was rather put off with they offer to come back to get my order right.
