On or about 10/08/23 I ordered pizza and a salad for delivery. The pizza was left on the floor in the entrance to my building and there was no salad with it. I called my local store and received an apology and the option of having the salad delivered or a refund for $6.99 to my credit card. Thinking it would be a nuisance to deliver the salad, I elected the refund which I never received. I called and a manager told me that the next time I ordered, mention the fact that I never received the refund. I did so, and finally was told they would send a salad with my order that I had just placed, to make up for the salad I never received originally. Guess what? Again, no salad! I called and was told they would deliver the salad right away. Since we had already had our pizza, I again told them to give me a refund instead. They agreed, but same problem again! No refund! I gave up on the store and ordering from them again. I feel that Domino's still owes me the $6.99 for the garden salad I never received back in October. I love Domino's Pizza, but until this gets solved, I will not order again.
