I had Xfinity mobile and got a crap phone cancelled service was told on a recorded line that if I returned the phone I wouldn't be charged well as of yesterday I was charged 230.11 for a free phone and have been told I only had 14 days to return it and they will not return my money currently on hold with the retention department for 1.30 hours now that is all but theft in my opinion wish I could give a negative s ore worst company ever help me blast them on all socials
