What happened to Burger King? You used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Although I am extremely happy to see you old logo return (brown and yellow burger logo) it was when you changed the colors of your logo and restaurants to blue in 1999 that your food quality changed. One of my favorite sandwiches was forever changed. THE BIG FISH sandwich was changed from a huge sandwich to a tiny (McDonald like) fish sandwich. What the hell! If your goal is customer satisfaction then why make that drastic change. After that you decided it was a good idea to copy McDonald's breakfast menu. HORRIBLE idea!! BE ORIGINAL!!! Your restaurants are now ugly commercial style buildings taking away a family style "home" feeling that kids don't even ask to go there anymore.. On top of that the restaurants are usually dirty. Filled with rude employees who lack good customer service training, serve mediocre products and mess up orders more than they get them right.. Take a page out of CHICK-FIL-A's book. This is why you are failing. I have always loved Burger King. I will hate to see you disappear. But if you want to survive, listen to your customers. I hope you will at least take into consideration some of the things I am saying.
