I tried to order online to use my rewards. The order kept failing so I called pizza hut and explained that I was trying to order but it wouldn't go through. The employee said she could take care of it for me and we completed the order. 4 pizzas and a order of bread sticks. My daughter came to pick up the pizzas for me on her way home from purdue. They gave her 8 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. They came home and I was surprised,immediately called pizza hut they remembered speaking to me, but said since the payment went through I was out of luck . I feel like knowing they placed the order for me they should have called and questioned if we wanted 2 seperate but identical orders. I am spending Thanksgiving with my 5 children and my terminally I'll mother. I'm trying to enjoy every moment we have. We are decorating her tree today, we ordered pizza and we're watching Christmas movies. Please if there is any way this can be made right I would appreciate it. It's the holidays 125.00 may not seem like much but for us it's alot. Thank you Paula Olson
