John Minervini, Jr. Case 230706153324471 August 22, 2023. Second Submission September 8, 2023
What I am disputing is the following:
The total rental amount 12,196 euro is incorrect, it should be 2,216 euro Which is the agreed upon price in the Whats app conversations (2,216= 1,800 + VAT12% (216), with a 10,000-euro refundable deposit) which was agreed upon via What’s App- this conversation is uploaded on the case #230706153324471. The contract was never sent to me from Veloce Fast cars, after I sent numerous What’s apps, emails & phone calls – What’s app and emails have been uploaded on August 22, 2023 and again on September 8, 2023.
I advise Capital One not to pay any additional funds to Veloce Fast cars. The amount we agreed upon in my what’s App to Eduardo was 1,800 + VAT of 12% (216) = 2,216 euro. Veloce Fast Cars should release my refundable deposit of 10,000 euro.
Please contact me at 732-996-8051 to discuss any questions regarding this document.
This is the first time I have seen this document that I am refuting numerous items noted in my below document, after requesting this document numerous times (proven by my What’s App screen shots that have been uploaded). I electronically signed a document on June 30, 2023 but was not able to read the entire document after it was quickly run though by the rep from Veloce Fast Cars.
Page 3 – Merchants first declaration translation (Note JMJ = John Minervini, Jr.)
On 29/06/2023 Mr. John Minervini, Jr arrived at our office in Florence (JMJ response- LIE - I was never at the office, and can provide written sworn statements of others that can corroborate my statement).
asking for the availability of our top of the line Ferrari from 30/06/2023 to 02/07/2023 (JMJ - Lie- I emailed (which will be uploaded) Edoardo at info@velocefastcars.com asking about the availability of an Italian sports car for a one day rental for June 30,2023).
We agreed upon a price of 12,196 euro (JMJ- Response – LIE The price that was originally agreed upon via email was 1,600 euro + VAT for Friday June 30, 2023 for a Ferrari F8 Spider – email will be supplied).
Inserting the card physically into the POS machine and having the client signing the receipt. (JMJ – Response – LIE- I presented my Capital one card to the person who delivered the car to the villa).
since the client did not want us to hold 13,000 euro (JMJ- Response-LIE- the agreed upon refundable deposit was 10,000 euro).
Both check in and check out were signed by the client –(JMJ -Response- LIE- I did not sign anything when the car was picked up at the villa, as I was not present at the cars (Ferrari 296 GTB) pick up.
The client rented two other luxury non-sports cars, specifically two Range Rover, which he then cancelled (I heard him cancelling the rental to the other provider while handling the Ferrari, because he had apparently changed plans for the day) – JMJ Response- LIE- I did not rent any other cars other that the one (Ferrari 296 GTB) from Eduardo for one day June 30, 2023.
I underline that the client signed the receipt, the rental agreement at check-in and check-out and the credit card authorization for payment, having also personally handed me the credit card which was then inserted into the PAS machine with him present- (JMJ – Response- LIE- I handed the person delivering the car to the villa my Capital one credit card, and did not sign the receipt at check out, no paperwork was provide to my friend when they picked up the car.
PAGE 4: Merchants Second Declaration – (JMJ- Response the first time I saw this page or any of the documents provided was when Capital on mailed it to me).
We did not have any correspondence with the client, because he came directly to our Florence office, so everything that was signed was signed on site. (JMJ-Response- LIE- I was never in the Florence office and all correspondence was done via email
and then via What’s App ).
Paragraph starting with” The client regularly used the card….. (JMJ- Response- LIE – I had email & What’s App correspondence with Eduardo. I never claimed I cancelled any service.

The total rental amount 12,196 is incorrect, it should be (2,216 euro = 1,800 + VAT, with a 10,000 euro refundable deposit) which was agreed upon via What’s App, As the contract was never sent to me from Veloce Fast cars, after I sent numerous What’s apps, emails & phone calls – What’s app and emails have been uploaded on August 22, 2023.

PAGE 11- Invoice
Rental of the Ferrari 296 with rental plate GN1150AB in Sienna from June 30, 2023 to July 2, 2023 with 700 km included.
JMJ-Response – I did not rent the car in Sienna, it was delivered to Podere Celli in Tuscany on June 30, 2023 and was picked up on June 30, 2023.
The total rental amount 12,196 is incorrect, it should be (2,216 euro = 1,800 + VAT, with a 10,000-euro refundable deposit) which was agreed upon via What’s App, As the contract was never sent to me from Veloce Fast cars, after I sent numerous What’s apps, emails & phone calls – What’s app and emails have been uploaded on August 22, 2023.
I advise Capital One not to pay any additional funds to Veloce Fast cars. The amount we agreed upon in my what’s App to Eduardo was 1,800 + VAT of 12% (216) = 2,216 euro.
Kind regards,
John Minervini, Jr.
