POOR POOR EXTREMELY poor service at Checkers Heiderand, Mossel Bay. 1. Staff at fast food counters stand chatting with collegues walking by while customers have to wait and que until they feel in rhe mood to assist!!! 2. Only part if the till points open with long ques down the isles. People left full trolleys and baskets end left as they are not served. NO manager in site like a team without leadership !!!! 3. 60 / 60 trolleys ard left in the isles blocking flow while the collect items! We are used ti good proper quick service but not at this shop and its not the 1st time we experience sych POOR service!!!
