I went to the chick-fil-a location on 6240 East Broad Street where they have two drive thru lanes. I was the first car in the left lane and the right lane have three or four cars in it. Both of the employees were taking orders from the cars in the right lane, when the employee was done with the car directly next to mine and realized that the other employee took care of the rest of the vehicles in the right lane, he turned to my lane. He looked directly at me and walked to the car behind me. I blew my horn a couple times, but he continued to take the order of the vehicle behind me. I knew this was wrong, so I pulled out of the drive thru lane and parked in a parking space. I went inside the location and asked for the manger. One of the employees got up and went and spoke to someone, but no one came within five minutes, so I left. Regardless, what fast food drive thru line, it's first come, first serve. If the employees can't get this right, then management should be standing over their shoulder, to make sure they get it right.
