We cooked well done. my boyfriend called the store just to confirm they got the well done request. when he did so person that answered the phone got rude and hung up on him. and he called back in the guy was again rude. And began calling him racial names. And then the conversation went down. Hill and name calling went on between both sides. and then. The employee asked for my boyfriend's address because said he would come over there and kick his a**. To which my boyfriend responded. He has the address because it was a delivery order. After that it appears, the employee began calling my boyfriend's phone From His' cell phone or a blocked number and was asking him. He was coming to the store or if he was coming. And antagonizing him. I called and spoke with a manager Ashley and informed her of the situation and that her employee was intagging the situation and it could become bad. she was professional and said she would get everyone together and talk with them. However, antagonizing a customer in threatening to fight them is not acceptable.
