Purchase a sofa table 10/01/23 table damaged. Another one was supposed to arrive today 11/08/23 received a call hours before delivery stating that it was out stock and it would be a back order, I ask to cancel my order and to refund my money she stated that they could only refund a portion of my money because I have the damage one and they can not accept it back,I would like to know is this how you treating your costumers.I have purchase several pieces of furniture from Ashely never had a problem.Hope you can help me. Thanks
