The man at the desk was a little rude when we checked in but I looked past it. When we got to our room 118 in Eufaula Alabama on Jan 22 2024. The bed spread had cigarette burns all over it. The shower leaked all on bathroom floor dust and trash were everywhere didn't look like it had even slightly been cleaned. The next morning my company left and I noticed it was almost checkout. Mind you there is one car in the whole parking lot the place is empty I called the front desk feeling bad because my ride had not shown back up and asked if I could pay another day. He screemed and yelled so loud the only thing I understood was NONONI ITS ALMOST 11 LEAVE NOW. I was gathering my things had two bags already by the door and he calls the room screaming POLICE POLICE IM CALLING POLICE now I remember that it's their flat out rudeness is why we usually stay at the Days Inn a 1/2mile up the road or comfort suites plus the plug in were burnt look like a fire Hazzard and all night noise went by the room of slamming g doors and what looked like drug deals or criminal activity I had to wait outside afraid of getting arrested because I could not Carey all the luggage. Come to find out my ride that was on their way had a terrible car accident and that is what caused me exiting the room at 45 min after checkout. The BBB needs to be aware of this place the food smell of spice is horrific in the office and it stays on your clothing also
