Hi Team, We purchased through Woolworths online click & collect (order number 177174716) recently in order to get the 4000 bonus points when purchased over $120 (ends on 5/11/2023). However, because of the unexpected changes of order, our order became less than $120 so we lost the chance to get our bonus points which is really disappointing. Moreover, we couldn't cancel the order because it's already been done. We could have pick up from the store near by, but we selected the shop where has a little distance from us just so they have what we want in stock. But things happened like this which is unacceptable. Please advise if we could still have our bonus point.
