We have had several very bad experiences with the Burger King on 4th Street in Hutchinson, Ks 67501...there have been several times that employees are in the parking lot smoking and not waiting on drive thru...there have been several times of waiting well over 15 minutes for someone to maybe take our order in the drive thru...and maybe 2 cars in the lot. So obviously not busy. Tonight, we waited yet again over 15 minutes...gave up and left...yet again. There was a blonde girl in the 1st window, drinking a drink...not waiting on anyone...we listened for a good 5 minutes to a guy with a headset, dropping the F bomb over and over complaining about people not showing up to work. We ended up going to Spangles down the street placing and getting our order in about 5 minutes. Your Burger King in Hutchinson, Ks has gone so far down hill...it is sad. We love Whoppers but not worth driving there and getting absolutely NO service!
