I placed an order in the drive through. I realized I forgot my phone at the store I just left. When I pulled up I asked if it was ready. She said it was being cooked so I asked if I could just cancel it because I needed to get my phone. She had already given me the soda and couldn’t take it back. I just sat there in shock with her attitude. It pissed me off and I sped away to get my phone. I came right back to pay for the soda and apologize if I came off wrong. She greeted me with attitude. I said she was rude and she said I was. Then she starts insulting my appearance. I was called a “White Bitch” and when I says I was German, she added that I was a Nazi. She just kept insulting me in front of everyone. The entire staff & customers were all laughing. How humiliating!!! I should have handled the situation better by asking if they could set the food aside, but I wasn’t thinking at the time. I was panicking!!! Even if I was totally at fault and rude, that’s not an excuse for being personally and racially attacked by one of your employees. I’ve never been insulted like that…EVER!!! I don’t think angry/disrespectful people should be working in an establishment involving customers. I have the entire incident on video.
This incident happened on 10/27/2023 approximately 5:00-5:30 P.M. at your South Nevada 80905 location. The lady said her name was Melinda, but who knows if that’s really her name.
