My family needed a new refrigerator due to the fact that our current one needed replacing (purchased at LOWES). We ordered and paid for it on NOVEMBER 11, 2023 and were told it would be delivered on NOVEMBER 22, 2023. On NOVEMBER 21, 2023 I spoke with the delivery company
and was told it would be delivered on DECEMBER 20,2023. I will have made 2 payments (which includes the extended warranty) and will not even have had the use of the item. WE HAVE HAD TO THROW AWAY OVER $200 IN FOOD THAT HAS GONE BAD AND EVERYDAY THERE IS THE CHANCE THAT ONE OF US COULD CONTRACT FOOD POISONING. SHOULD THAT HAPPEN LEGAL ACTION WILL BE FORTHCOMING.
The store this item was purchased at was informed immediately. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. They should remove the charge from my LOWES account and deliver it free of charge. i will never recommend lowes again.
