A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza. When we opened the box it was not how it was ordered. I called and they said I would get a replacement the next order.
Today I called it in. First my replacement pizza was still almost 11.00. I thought it was going to be free since I ordered the same one the messed up on. I said nothing and decided it was worth it anyway. I get there and they said we had NO ORDER. I was at the one in the 10000 block of Dixie Hwy in Louisville KY. He said it must had been sent to the next one up the road. We went there. They had no orders either for me. I called the first one and we was on hold for 7 minutes and then disconnected. So we ended up going to Zaxby’s.
I really don’t know how this was such a big deal that they couldn’t honor the error they made in the first place. I’m terrible upset because we eat there every week. Now I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. This is the way to get rid of customers.
