I wanted to let Verizon know how disappointed I am as a loyal customer of 10+ years. I got a hotspot "upgrade" and my old hotspot should have been deactivated with the new one taking over my old line. I had to call back to disconnect my old hotspot and I was charged $35.00 for a new line that I didn't need to have. The Verizon response is that I signed for it (and I probably did) but I trusted Verizon to take care of me, Not take advantage of me. Its not $35 but the principle. Lesson learned.
