I stopped by jack in the box on leisure town road in Vacaville ca. I waited in line. The cashier helped the man in front of me then walked away. She returned 5 minutes later to take my order. I ordered a meal that was $12.99 and she was going to charge me $18.00+. Confused, I said wait, that doesn’t sound right. She walked off. Never said anything to me. The manager walked up to confirm my order. I said something to the manager about how rude she was, he said he would talk to her. I simply asked about what I was being charged for? Repeat my order, something! I have never been so upset at a fast food restaurant. It was uncalled for and un-warranted. I most definitely will not ever be returning. As someone that rarely eats fast food, that won’t be a problem for me at all.
