Orderd my food (2 chicken sandwich combos) at 4:42. I asked for a refund at 5:08. While the manager is in the process of getting my refund, the lady running the register is telling the guy in the back how long I had been waiting. I asked if they was cooking fresh chicken and she said no, he's just taking his time. Then the guy in the back starts cussing at the lady in the front, and the manager isn't trying to come between his employees or nothing. The worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. And I wasted 25 - 30 minutes of my life, and still left HUNGRY!!
