London Ohio. Restaurant :: 3-4 times this year we have visited this restaurant. Looking to order a pot pie . Every time. Around 6:30 pm. After waiting for a while in drive thru. Only to find out We don’t have any. Tonight I called the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager. The girl handed the phone to someone. I really doubt it was the manager. I proceeded to tell him our story. We are senior citizens and it a chore to come back to the restaurant. He did verify they were out of pot pies. He used the excuse we are under staffed , we are doing the best we can. I asked him why would you be out of a good selling item on a Friday night at dinner time no response. I proceeded to tell him was he aware that they were sending paying customers to other restaurants. His response. “. Yes sir “. No apology or any care in his voice. I told him it would be a while before we would return to this restaurant. His response. SILENCE. I proceeded to tell him thatI was disabled and not driving. Thinking his response may be. What else would you like to order. I will have Uber bring it to you. Complete silence. I proceeded to thank him for listening to my concerns. And the call was terminated. Pleas help us.
