Wrong Pizza right receipt 45 min wait/ Called complaint line 2083752919 talk to Chick and mark employee id7730/ extremely rude hu 2 times on us told the got wrong pizza wanted it replaced asap told no you wait another hour /now we are at 2 hours/ even called us Susan which was name on wrong pizza. Asked for manager said they don't have on in your call center in Kansas/ Was told they were at the store asked total to manager at store on Fairview in Idaho laughed and said no way. Told you in luck we'll make another pizza Wow are you kidding ! Called your complaint line got off shore Rachel she said sorry will refund our card 31.26 which also demanded remove the tip and convince fee ( that is a one convince for who the customer who will never use your business after 20 years) said will e mail a voucher for fee pizzas. Got an email full of just ads. This is the worst customer service I have had and I am a mangrove a large group in a communications company. I would have walked out and fired both Chris and Mark on the spot . I would never advise our company to use Pizza Hut for our corporate lunches again and I expect a response to this complaint by someone who is upper management who can handles the rude employees and the major mistakes your seem to have. You defiantly have lost the customer comes 1st especially when it is your mistake Ticket # 48 store # 2148 2053 E Fairview Ave Meridian Id 83642 pizza Hut has become the worst here to order from and should be avoided at all cost. People who are even wiling to pay for an outside meal are hard to coe by now and I think i'll save my good money and avoid your poor customer service.
