I am a senior citizen, 75 yrs old and I have been using your salon for over 20 yrs. I have always loved the services and people. I have used the salon in Crossville Tn now for 15 yrs. After my last visit in November of 2023, I developed a rash. I just thought it would go away. Well it didn't. After trying all things at home, I finally went to a dr. I was told it was Scabies! I had never heard of such a thing. I live alone and hardly ever go out. I was sure all your shops were inspected and clean, but I guessed wrong. I will never go back. I am still suffering with this and at my age it ain't fun! I am hoping you do something about this before I go to the health dept and social media! The pain and suffering and cost of having my entire home cleaned should be worth something! Clean this place up! Someone should be held responsible.
