To Whom It May Concern: I love to shop at The Dollar Tree at Siloam Springs, AR until today! I am a lady who recently had a hip replacement. I did not realize the poles that you added to carts would not let me exit the store. I was by myself with a full cart of items. I looked to see if I could transfer my items to a cart without a pole and there was none. A customer coming in the door saw my predicament. This lady was so nice to carry my items to the car. With a recent surgery I have to use a cane or use a cart for stability to get to the car. I cannot use a cane and carry a sack of items. I was so disappointed that your company did not take into consideration handicap people. I don't know if that pole is removable but this limits people that cannot carry items to their car. If you are going to continue this practice I suggest that you have someone standing at the door to help with handicap people. Very discouraging and frustrating!!!! Jackie
