The reason for this complaint on Sunday November the 12th 2023 at approximately at 11:00 a.m. I went to your Burger King location in the 3600 block of South Keystone I drove up to your drive-thru window and I was told that they no longer could do service for me there so I asked why no response over the intercom rolled around to the window they were shut went inside and was told that I could no longer do service there. I asked for her name she said she wasn't giving me no name and she also said I was unpleasable that's why they don't want to serve me anymore. These are the exact words unpleasable I'm hard to please could you please look into this matter to let me know for sure if I should stop going there or not I haven't did anything
