I would like send a formal complaint against the riverdale location and its management, On numerous occasions the gym have opened up late of some of the staff has come in late. But today takes the cake, after numerous complaints to the phone number on the door. The manager decide that she’s not opening the doors up until 6:30 am, with about 20 members outside in the cold, and we didn’t get this information until 5:20am from one of the trainers.Dont get me wrong love the location but the management is terrible in my eye sight. Been here for almost 5 years and it seems like my complaints go unheard, even in my reviews.Make golds gold better if you can. Thank you
