I encountered the rudest associate who I believe was a senior associate maybe even a manager named Wanda at us1 Jensen Beach, FL location. The way she spoke to customers as well as other associates was uncalled for. Instead of de escalating a situation she chose rudeness. I was sent to by this time 5 different registers for a gift card and by this time granted I was pretty frustrated myself. Instead of having proper handling of being busy, dealing with customers and employees she chose hostile rudeness. Target do better. If your associates can not handle situated maybe the store needs to re evaluate who the have at registers and especially who is senior associates.
