I am writing with the utmost seriousness as I can possibly be. I have complete dentures and I have been back to this office in Augusta Georgia five to six times for the same problem, which is teeth keep falling out of the dentures. This is poor workmanship and poor quality of work in general. I am tired of going back and forth for them to repair the missing tooth. It is totally embarrassing to me and also frustrating. I don't want your services anymore, what I am requesting is half the total of my dentures in the amount of $2,500 so I can go somewhere and use this as a downpayment for new dentures from another company. I in turn will contact the State Dental Board of the poor quality and if I have to go as far as getting a lawyer, I will do that as well. Your company lacks the knowledge of good workmanship and good quality of work. This is no way anyone should have to go to get a tooth replaced that many times, as a few times I wasn't even eating and they just fell out. Other than me being embarrassed of this I also swallowed the tooth about 3 or 4 times. This is a serious problem that you have with your company of I think not having the knowledge of quality and workmanship. As I stated I am requesting $2.500 to go to another company and get better quality dentures. I am asking also that you agree to these terms or I will get that lawyer that I mentioned above because this is totally unfair to me to have go somewhere else and get them replaced and the suffering that this has caused me along with the embarrassment. I am really going to contact the State Dental Board in this matter. If you want to discuss this matter in which I advise you do and don't take a back to this the better.
