Horrendous problems with Support, Dropped calls after spending hours for a solution. I purchased a printer from them. It never worked. Sent a second defective printer. After I complained and asked for a refund, they stopped communicating. No service and no resolution! Extremely Dissappointed! Any Help? Please answer! GIVE ME
